CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
In this document, the word "Client" will be used to refer to any person who contracts a servicefrom Elena Iglesias Durán (hereinafter, GALICIA EXPERIENCE).

Once the Client has completed and sent the registration form to GALICIA EXPERIENCE, onlythe Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. GALICIAEXPERIENCE is not responsible for the consequences derived from the introduction of falseor incorrect data by the Client.

After the Client has completed the registration form for the tour they wish to participate in, theonly way to officially lock their spot is by paying a deposit.The deposit amounts are as follows:
➢ Tour published on the website: deposit of 30% of the RRP.
➢ Private tour with each person paying individually to Galicia Experience: deposit of 30% ofthe RRP per person.
➢ Private tour in which a single organizer or entity (travel agency, company or organization)is responsible for reservations, registrations, payments or information on behalf of thegroup: 15% of the total price quoted for the estimated number of people in the group atthe time of booking.

A proforma invoice will be sent to the Client approximately 75 days before the start of the tour,as full confirmation of your booking, but can be requested at any time before this date.Payment of the remaining balance can be made at any time up to 60 days before the start ofthe tour. The Client's registration for the tour will be officially confirmed once the full amountof this proforma invoice has been paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are unfortunate and can happen. In those cases, we always do our best to workwith you to resolve the situation.

Any cancellation of a tour that has already been booked must be communicated in writing bythe canceling party and will be subject to the following conditions that you must know,understand and accept:

Cancellation policy for tours published on the website:
In case of cancellation by the client, the cancellation fees to GALICIA EXPERIENCE aredetailed below:
➢ Cancellation made more than 90 days before the start of the tour: 30% cost of the trip (withouttaking into account air transportation costs).
➢ Cancellation made between 59 and 1 days before the start of the tour: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation policy for private groups:
In case of cancellation by the client, the cancellation fees to GALICIA EXPERIENCE aredetailed below:
The initial group deposit is non-refundable.For the rest of the deposit per person the cancellation rates are as follows:

➢ Cancellation made more than 90 days before the start of the tour: 30% cost of the trip.
➢ Cancellation made between 59 and 1 days before the start of the tour: 100% of the tour price.

Changes in the itinerary, flexibility and extra rates for private groups:
Part of the value we provide is personalized service. We like to provide a lot of flexibility to meetyour needs and preferences.
We are open and flexible to your needs and changes, within limits. Please note thatmodifications may affect the price we initially quote:

➢ More than one date change after all reservations have been made will incur a fee.
➢ The number of rooms/people may vary up to 25% after this notification without extra charges.(For example, if the group is 10 people and 2 people cancel, there will be no charges.) Additionalrooms will be subject to availability at no cost.
➢ Any other modifications that require changing confirmed reservations may be subject toprice changes to the client's original quote.
➢ In case of cancellation by the client due to force majeure, GALICIA EXPERIENCE willcharge the expenses incurred due to said cancellation. This amount is subject tonegotiation if the client decides to postpone their tour.
➢ La The absence of the client on the tour, without prior written cancellation notice, entails theloss of the total amount paid and of what is owed if there is any outstanding amount.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
➢ The client is responsible for managing the necessary documentation for the trip, such aspassport, visas, airport taxes, consular procedures and in general any legal requirements issuedthrough consulates, embassies and public or private entities. GALICIA EXPERIENCE does notorganize airline tickets and, therefore, is not responsible for possible problems arising from theirpurchase, such as changes of flight schedules, flight cancellations, airport or transportationstrikes, etc.
➢ The client understands and agrees that he is participating in an outdoor activity that includeswalking in variable terrain and weather conditions, in rural or remote areas and accepts allinherent risks involved in this type of activity. The client represents that he or she is medically,physically, and emotionally capable of participating.
➢ The client understands and agrees to release GALICIA EXPERIENCE, employees,representatives, collaborators and independent contractors (all called 'Agents') from and againstall claims, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses and demands of any nature related to thedeath, injury, loss or damage to the client or their belongings, where and how caused, arisingfrom, or in connection with their participation in the activity provided by GALICIA EXPERIENCEor while traveling to and from the activity, however, The same may have been contributed to orcaused by any act, including, without limitation, negligence of GALICIA EXPERIENCE and/orone or more of its 'Agents'.
➢ The customer understands and agrees that any transfer fees applied by third parties during a refundprocess will be deducted from the total amount.
➢ The client understands and accepts that GALICIA EXPERIENCE reserves the right to denyparticipation in the tour to any person at any time, if in the opinion of the tour leader/guide saidperson is causing disturbances or danger to themselves, any other participant or GALICIAEXPERIENCE.
➢ The client understands and accepts that during the tour, he or she may be photographed orfilmed and agrees to allow the use of said audiovisual material for any legitimate purpose byGALICIA EXPERIENCE or to be published online on social media platforms and our website.
➢ This contract will be governed by Spanish law and all issues arising from itwill be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

OBLIGATIONS OF GALICIA EXPERIENCE
➢ Once a place on the tour has been blocked by the client, GALICIAEXPERIENCE will send an email with the specifications of the requested tour.
➢ In the event that GALICIA EXPERIENCE is forced to cancel any of itsprograms for reasons not attributable to the client, the company willrefund the entire amount paid by the client up to that moment..
➢ Once the tour begins, the client can withdraw from the tour at any time forfeiting anypayment made to GALICIA EXPERIENCE. No refunds will be made.
➢ GALICIA EXPERIENCE. reserves the right to change, modify or cancel a tour before itsdeparture due to lack of participants. The client will be informed of any problems at least100 days before the start of the tour. Any modification or cancellation does not generateany penalty or compensation from the company to the client.GALICIA EXPERIENCE has no obligation to compensate or reimbursepayments to its clients in the following cases:
➢ When the reasons for non-compliance with the contract are attributable to the client.
➢ When the impossibility of meeting the conditions agreed on the tour isattributable to a third party and are unforeseeable and insurmountable.
➢ When the trip is canceled due to force majeure.Force majeure means those conditions beyond the control of those who invoke it, unusual andunforeseeable consequences that would have been unavoidable, despite having acted with duediligence - such as natural disasters.
