Day 1: Madrid - San Sebastián

Meet in Madrid with your guide and private transfer to San Sebastián. En route, we’ll stop in Burgos to visit its impressive cathedral and enjoy a traditional lunch. Upon arrival in San Sebastián, you’ll take a guided tour of the historic center and enjoy a pintxos tasting in its famous bars.

Day 2: Jaizkibel - San Sebastián (Walking stage: 11 km)

We begin our walk at Mount Jaizkibel, visiting the Sanctuary of Guadalupe before crossing the Pasaia Port by boat and arriving in San Sebastián. The afternoon is free to explore the city with your guide. Option for dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant (reservation required).

Day 3: San Sebastián - Orio (Walking stage: 17 km)

We start the day by ascending Mount Igueldo, enjoying panoramic views before descending to the fishing port of Orio. Free lunch and transfer to Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum with an audio guide. Free dinner in Bilbao.

Day 4: Otañes - Castro Urdiales (Walking stage: 11 km)

Walk through mountains and small villages until Castro Urdiales, where we’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we’ll visit Gaudí’s “Capricho” in Comillas before heading to Santillana del Mar, one of Spain’s most beautiful villages.

Day 5: Comillas - San Vicente de la Barquera (Walking stage: 13 km)

Before beginning the walk, we’ll visit the replica of the Cave of Altamira, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We’ll walk along the coast to San Vicente de la Barquera, enjoying mountain landscapes. After lunch, we’ll head to the Picos de Europa National Park and visit the Monastery of Santo Toribio de Liébana.

Day 6: Fuente Dé - Aliva - Espinama (Walking stage: 15 km)

Take the Fuente Dé cable car for a hike through the Picos de Europa, descending to Espinama. After lunch, we’ll transfer to Oviedo to explore its historic center and cathedral. Dinner included at a local restaurant.

Day 7: Soto del Barco - Cudillero (Walking stage: 11 km)

Walk through local roads and forests to Cudillero, one of Asturias’ most picturesque villages. Lunch included before transferring to Ribadeo, crossing the Eo estuary by private boat. Light dinner included.

Day 8: Ribadeo - Playa de As Catedrais (Walking stage: 15 km)

We’ll walk along the coast to the Playa de As Catedrais, an impressive natural monument. Free lunch before transferring to the Balneario de Guitiriz to enjoy its thermal waters. Dinner on your own.

Day 9: Baamonde - Alto da Mamoa (Walking stage: 20 km)

We begin the final 100 km to Santiago, passing by the Chapel of San Alberte and reaching the highest point of the Camino del Norte, Alto da Mamoa. Picnic in a natural setting before returning to the spa for a rest.

Day 10: Alto da Mamoa - Sobrado dos Monxes (Walking stage: 20 km)

Walk along rural paths to the Monastery of Sobrado dos Monxes, with lunch at a local restaurant. Guided tour of the monastery before transferring to Arzúa, where the Camino del Norte joins the Camino Francés. Dinner included at a traditional restaurant.

Day 11: Sobrado - Arzúa (Walking stage: 22 km)

Walk the final sections of the Camino del Norte before connecting with the French route. Enjoy a typical Galician lunch and have a free afternoon in Arzúa. Optional dinner in the town center.

Day 12: Arzúa - A Rúa (Walking stage: 17.7 km)

Walk through Atlantic forests and small villages until you reach A Rúa. Lunch at a local restaurant before checking in to your accommodation. Optional dinner.

Day 13: A Rúa - Santiago (Walking stage: 21 km)

The final stage to Santiago, passing by Monte do Gozo before arriving at the Plaza del Obradoiro. Attend the Pilgrim’s Mass with the Botafumeiro and enjoy a farewell dinner with the Compostela certificate.

Day 14: Finisterre and Muxía

Excursion to “the end of the world” in Finisterre and a visit to the Sanctuary of Muxía. Seafood lunch before returning to Santiago.

Day 15: Santiago - End of the trip

Private transfer to the airport or train station. End of our services. Buen Camino!
