Day 1: Madrid - Roncesvalles

Start your journey with a private transfer from Madrid to Roncesvalles. En route, we’ll stop in Olite for a traditional Navarrese lunch and explore its historic Royal Palace. Upon arrival in Roncesvalles, you’ll have free time before attending the emotional Pilgrim’s Mass at the Collegiate Church. We’ll finish the day with a welcome dinner.

Day 2: Saint Jean Pied de Port – Roncesvalles (Walking stage: 10 km)

We’ll travel to Saint Jean Pied de Port, the starting point of the Camino Francés, to explore its charming streets and pick up our French credential. We’ll begin our walk crossing the Pyrenees via the legendary Napoleon Route to Roncesvalles. Enjoy spectacular landscapes in a day that will mark the start of our journey. Dinner included.

Day 3: Roncesvalles – Pamplona (Walking stage: 18 km)

Our route will take us through the lush forests of Navarre to Alto de Erro. For those who want to walk further, there is an option to reach Zubiri. We’ll continue by vehicle to Pamplona, where we’ll take a guided tour of the historic center, exploring its monuments and the famous San Fermín bull run route. Free dinner with an option to enjoy a pintxos route.

Day 4: Pamplona – Logroño (Walking stage: 22 km)

We’ll start our walk in Cizur Menor, ascending to Alto del Perdón, where “the Camino of the Wind meets the Camino of the Stars.” We’ll visit the Ermita de Santa María de Eunate and head to Puente la Reina, where the Jacobean routes meet. We’ll continue to Logroño, with free time to explore the old town and enjoy its famous gastronomy on Calle Laurel.

Day 5: Logroño - Santo Domingo de la Calzada (Walking stage: 21 km)

Our day begins in Nájera, walking through vineyards to Santo Domingo de la Calzada, where we’ll visit its cathedral and its iconic chicken coop. Upon arrival, you’ll relax in a historic Parador before enjoying a traditional dinner.

Day 6: Santo Domingo de la Calzada – Burgos (Walking stage: 16 km)

We’ll walk through the Montes de Oca to San Juan de Ortega, a monastery full of history. After a light lunch, we’ll transfer to Burgos, where we’ll visit its impressive Gothic cathedral and other historical monuments with a local guide. Dinner at a traditional Castilian restaurant.

Day 7: Burgos – León (Walking stage: 12 km)

We’ll cross the Meseta, a serene stretch of the Camino. We’ll walk from Castrojeriz to Itero de la Vega, enjoying the endless landscape. Later, we’ll travel to León, where we’ll take a guided tour of its cathedral and Gaudí’s Palacio de Botines. Free dinner to discover the famous “Barrio Húmedo.”

Day 8: León – Rabanal del Camino (Walking stage: 20 km)

We’ll start with a visit to Astorga before beginning our walk to Rabanal del Camino, passing through the impressive Puente de Órbigo. We’ll attend a special Mass at the Romanesque church before enjoying dinner at a cozy pilgrim hostel.

Day 9: Rabanal del Camino – Villafranca del Bierzo (Walking stage: 18 km)

We’ll ascend to the Cruz de Ferro, the highest point of the Camino, before descending to El Acebo. We’ll have lunch in Molinaseca and visit Ponferrada before arriving at Villafranca del Bierzo for a farewell dinner at an elegant Parador.

Day 10: Villafranca del Bierzo – Lugo (Walking stage: 10 km)

We’ll ascend to O Cebreiro, the entrance to Galicia, where we’ll visit its pallozas and medieval church. After lunch, we’ll transfer to Lugo to tour its Roman wall, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 11: Lugo – Santiago (Last 100 km on foot in daily stages)

From Lugo, we’ll walk the final 100 km to Santiago in several stages, stopping in Ferreira, Melide (famous for its octopus), Arzúa, and Monte do Gozo, where we’ll catch our first glimpse of the cathedral.

Day 15: Santiago de Compostela

Final walk to Plaza del Obradoiro. Attend the Pilgrim’s Mass with the Botafumeiro and receive the Compostela certificate. Farewell dinner at an exclusive location.

Day 16: Finisterre and Muxía

Excursion to the Costa da Morte, visiting the Finisterre Lighthouse and the Sanctuary of Muxía. Seafood lunch included.

Day 17: Santiago – End of the trip

Private transfer to the airport or train station. End of our services. Buen Camino!
